There are 3types of SOBAGIRI enjoyment

RAMEN Make

Noodle-making experience made from flour. Using tools specially designed for noodle-making, the process proceeds in four steps: water spinning, kneading, stretching, and slashing! It is a 30-minute astonishing experience of learning.

RAMENGIRI

SOBA Make

The history of soba, which has been around since the Edo period, is condensed and cut down to 30 minutes in this day and age. A chic experience to taste the flavor of the finest buckwheat from Nagano Prefecture.

Group Plan

This plan can be used as a team building activity for friends, family and company. This is a Japanese party plan with activities. Various catering options such as Japanese food platter and all-you-can-drink can be added.
