Risk for allergies
“Buckwheat flour,” which this shop primarily handles, is one of the allergic ingredients that cause serious symptoms. Also, because this facility conducts buckwheat noodle-making experiences and ramen-making experiences, it is an environment where buckwheat flour and wheat flour coexist. Keeping in mind that risks exist for both those with buckwheat allergies and those with wheat allergies, first, please participate in the experience after grasping the allergic constitutions of yourself, your children, friends, etc. At the point when you apply for the experience at the storefront or online, we will judge that you have applied after clearing the allergic constitution. Please fully understand that this shop cannot take any responsibility accompanying these allergic symptoms.
Risk of injury
Our experience involves the use of knives. Please understand that there is a risk of injury not only with kitchen knives but also with all tools used to make soba, and please take care of yourself, being in good physical condition to use such tools carefully. In particular, safety measures have been taken to prevent injuries that may occur when using knives, and there is no risk of injury during normal manual techniques. We ask for your understanding that we are not responsible for any injuries that may occur when performing manual techniques (falling, swinging, pranks, and goofing around) that are different from the normal soba slashing experience. Also, please be sure to take extra safety precautions than usual when your child participates, under the protection of his or her parents, and with the parent and child. Please understand that it is the responsibility of the parents to take care of their children’s experience.
Regarding individual orders for gluten-free and religious reasons
This establishment is not a restaurant for the purpose of having a meal. Please consider it an experiential facility where workshops are the primary focus and also serve as a meal. While we grasp the food ingredients and raw materials to the extent possible, regarding carry-over in raw materials, there are items with and without food labeling obligations; therefore, we cannot present everything to the customer. For example, there is a possibility that Japanese soy sauce contains trace amounts of wheat-derived ingredients. Basically, we do not conduct responses by asking for preferences, and please understand that our shop cannot take responsibility for raw materials. Also, regarding “fashion gluten-free” or “fashion vegan” individuals during group events, we do not accept individual orders (for the reason that small amounts of wheat contained in soy sauce do not have any physical or mental impact). As an exception, for those with Celiac disease, we accept individual orders for a considerate vegan flavor (using Tamari soy sauce). Regarding the selection of ingredients as religious taboos and Halal, we specifically do not use Halal-certified ingredients and do not accept the provision of ingredients from customers. Comprehensively, as Japanese food culture, please deeply understand the common sense of food in Japan, where the shop does not adapt to the customer, but rather the customer selects the shop (the cuisine). <<Updated March 24, 2026>>
Cancellation Policy for Experiences
Please Read Carefully (Updated: October 24, 2025)
Definition of Reservation
We do not have a “tentative reservation” agreement; the full contract is established immediately upon making a booking. (*Note: For travel agencies, the terms of reservation confirmation may vary depending on the number of participants.)
Reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, and are processed in the order they are received. Please understand that due to the prioritization of customer service duties, there may be delays in processing your reservation.
Depending on the booking site, the process upon application may be “subject to approval” rather than “reservation confirmed.” In such cases, if your requested date, time, or number of participants cannot be accommodated, we will contact you immediately to confirm the details.
Definition of Cancellation

Cancellation due to circumstances attributable to the customer, and cancellation due to circumstances attributable to our shop, shall both be referred to as “cancellation.”
Furthermore, any reduction in the number of participants (a reduction in the expected attendance) will also be referred to as a “cancellation.”
Regarding any cancellation, the relevant conditions will come into effect primarily at the time our staff confirms and approves the cancellation via telephone. If contacting us via email or LINE, the conditions will take effect only upon receipt of a reply from our staff. Therefore, please ensure you contact us with sufficient lead time.
Private Plan (1 to 7 Participants)
The conditions for cancellation of the experience are subject to change based on the reserved number of participants. Furthermore, any reduction in the number of participants from the original booking will also be subject to a cancellation fee.
If you selected on-site payment, we will send you a credit card payment URL, and payment must be completed by the following day.
Free Cancellation Deadlines
1 Person: Free cancellation is accepted up to 1 hour before the start of the experience. The cancellation fee is 100% for a last-minute cancellation less than 59 minutes before the start time.
2 or 3 People: Free cancellation is accepted up to 3 hours before the start of the experience. The cancellation fee is 100% for a last-minute cancellation less than 2 hours and 59 minutes before the start time.
4 to 7 People: To qualify for free cancellation, you must contact us by the day before the experience. The cancellation fee is 100% if you contact us after midnight (00:00) on the day of the experience.
Special Exceptions
The cancellation fees outlined above will not apply in the specific events of injury or sudden illness that makes participation difficult, or involvement in a traffic accident or public transportation accident, all of which occur while en route to our shop. You are still required to contact us immediately in such cases.
Please note: Infections such as COVID-19, influenza, or other contagious diseases are not exempt, as individuals are expected to exercise self-judgment regarding their health condition in advance.
Being late for your appointment・・・If you do not contact us before the start time, the activity will be canceled. Even if you contact us in advance, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we will decide whether to “proceed” or “cancel” based on our reservation status for the day. In either case, a 100% cancellation fee will apply, so please be very careful.
In cases of a no-show (no contact made), unilateral cancellation due to customer circumstances, or when arrogant/rude behavior is observed, the shop reserves the right to cancel the booking. In such events, we may charge a 100% cancellation fee regardless of the time, so we request that you maintain professional and sincere communication.
Regarding Rescheduling (Postponement): Any request for a reschedule will be treated as a cancellation under the terms above (with the relevant cancellation fee charged), followed by a new reservation. Please be extremely careful with the timing of your contact.
Note on Booking Media: The deadline for free cancellation may differ depending on the booking platform (e.g., Asoview, Jalan, Activity Japan, Rakuten Travel, etc.). Please check the specific cancellation policy of the booking platform you used before applying or processing a cancellation.
Team Building Plan (7 to 30 Participants)
The “Team Building Plan” for groups is subject to different terms and conditions than the Private Plan mentioned above. Please read these terms carefully, especially regarding the cancellation fees for any reduction in the reserved number of participants.
1. Cancellation of the Entire Experience (Due to Termination of the Plan)
Cancellation of the entire experience after the Team Building Plan reservation has been confirmed is subject to different conditions based on the proximity to the event date:
14 to 8 days before the event date: 30% cancellation fee.
7 to 4 days before the event date: 50% cancellation fee.
3 days before the event date: 100% cancellation fee.
*The number of days is calculated based on midnight (00:00 JST), regardless of business days.
2. Cancellation Due to Reduction in Participant Numbers (Missing Attendees)
Cancellation due to a reduction in the number of participants for the Team Building Plan is subject to different conditions based on the proximity to the event date:
Reduction on the day of the event: 100% of the fee for the reduced number of participants.
Reduction 1, 2, or 3 days before the event: 50% of the fee for the reduced number of participants.
Contact us 4 days before the event date to qualify for free cancellation for the reduced number of participants.
**Note: A reduction of 10 or more participants may be considered malicious, and the shop reserves the right to cancel the entire booking. If this occurs, the conditions for the Cancellation of the Entire Experience (100% fee 3 days prior) will be applied.
Special Exceptions and Important Notes

A delay of 30 minutes or more will automatically result in the cancellation of the experience.

We urge group customers to strive for close communication with us to avoid the need for cancellation fee collection (legal action).
*Note for Travel Agencies: Advance payment is mandatory for experiences with 15 or more participants. Please understand that the payment deadline is two weeks prior to the event, and the reservation will be confirmed only after payment has been received.
